I am able to log in, however I am also getting the error that I am not subscribed, despite being subscribed to those channels.

Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community.

What type of device(s) are you using? Do you still have access to Sportsnet on your TV receiver? Are you also getting any error messages? E.g. "bad request" error message, etc.

Please check out the following & let us know if your problem has not been resolved:

  • Ensure you are still subscribed to Sportsnet in your MyBell profile.
  • Restart your device and your internet connection.
  • Uninstall/reinstall the app.
  • Can you try to access Sportsnet from a different device.

Have you tried any of @BellNick suggestions included in this thread?

  • A temporary workaround is to simply refresh the page when presented with the error message while attempting to login. After the page has refreshed, your login should be successful.
  • Etc.

Let us know.

Take care.

Hi @Speedbird
If it is telling you that you are not subscribed, we'd recommend logging into your MyBell account, deleting it completely and then re-creating your MyBell account to see if that resolves the concern.

Please let the Community know how that goes.

I had the same problem recently with the Sportsnet app and nothing worked until I deleted the SN app and reinstalled it. After logging back in using my Bell customer info the SN app showed the correct subscriptions.

Can not watch Sportsnet at work with my Bell subscription.  Never had this before. Why

Hey there @Seyah

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community 🙂

Try deleting the Sportsnet app, then reinstall it and test to see if you are able to successfully log in.

Let us know how that goes.

I know awhile  ago sportsnet app was updated and people not logging in it was fixed just so you know

Hi @BellPatricia I have been having the same issue which has been getting worse and worse over the past year or so. I log in to Sportsnet app on my iphone 16 with my bell credentials and under the games or shows it says "not subscribed" and "this event is not available with your subscription." I then verify by checking my TV - games are available, and logging into sportsnet.ca from web browser, and games are available. It seems to only be happening within the app. I have logged out and logged back in, I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it. Sometimes those troubleshooting issues have worked in the past but more and more lately they are not working. I use the app more than my TV and its becoming increasingly frustrating that I am paying for a service I can't even access. Do you have any other suggestions? Can you escalate this to the "sportsnet app people" ?? Is there something that needs to be fixed within the app?

Still having this issue too.
Deleted and reinstalled Sportsnet. Refreshing the browser doesn’t work, still subscribed to Sportsnet. Still can sign in to every other platform using my bell credentials, crave, TSN, etc.  Can we get a resolution here?

cant believe this is still an issue. Infinite loading screen.

Hi @Dave15 & @AjEdmo 🙂

Our teams are currently working to resolve this issue, and we’ll follow up as soon as an update is available. In the meantime, have you had a chance to try streaming Sportsnet On Demand through the Fibe TV app?

@BellPatricia

I can not stream Sportsnet on my PC or phone.  I can log in with my Bell credentials with no issues but the stream is locked and says  "Not Subscribed, please subscribe to watch".  I have cleared the cache on my PC and reinstalled the app on my phone.  Has anyone seen this before?

I do have a full Sportsnet subscription with Bell Satellite TV

Does anyone have a real solution besides uninstalling everything you own, reinstalling and praying?

Don't forget deleting your account and praying that doesnt make things worse.    I've given up.

We've gone from. "Bell doesn't have a problem" to "are you sure your subscribed" to. " Delete all your apps AND your account and pray it doesn't make it worse".

Nah.  No thanks.  Maybe just let me stream on another network (not bell)on more then one TV at once (both TVs at home) and I wouldn't need to log into apps.

Oh it just gets better all the time.  Now anything I try to sign into I'm told I don't have a sub for.

Seriously bell.  Figure it out.!

I can no long access Sportsnet + on the web app. It says This even is not available with your subscription when I sign in. I am suppose to have a full subscription with my Fibe TV package. It just stopped working in March.
