Good Day.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the name displayed. The name that will be displayed will be the account holder's name.
To change the name displayed for your Bell home phone, you'll need to contact Bell directly. Bell does not offer a self-service option to change the display name for home phone numbers.
Keep in mind, with today's technology, the called party can store your name in their Phone directory or Contact list in any format that best meets their needs. E.g. The Smith's & Jones, Jones-Smith, Bob & Mary, etc.
Take care.

Good Day.
I am not quite sure that I fully understand your question. "Callers see the wrong name when they call us". Please explain exactly what you mean by this.
Are all callers experiencing this problem when calling your Home phone or is it one specific caller that is having this problem.
The information displayed on the caller's phone will be the information as dialed and / or the information that is stored in their Home phone directory & device contact list.
How are they choosing to call you? Are they manually dialing your phone? Are callers selecting your number from a contact or directory entry that they have previously setup on their device or telephone? If so, then they will need to edit your contact and / or phone directory listing that they have saved on the device that they are calling you from. E.g. Phone directory, Contacts, etc.
Please advise if we can be of further assistance.
Take care.

Hello -
Thanks, I can see I wasn't clear.
Let's say our names are John Jones and Mary Smith [they aren't]. Now, when we phone a new number, for example a plumber, let's say their Caller Id shows us as "Mary Smith" [the account holder of record]. If we want it to show as "Jones and Smith" or "Mr. and Mrs. Jones-Smith", how do we do this ?

Hello - Yes, thanks. I thought Bell might finally have gotten around to allowing this, but the answer is still no. I understand your other suggestions, and appreciate your taking the time to reply in detail,.
