BELL network doesn't appear in list but Wi-Fi extenders do (and they work!)

So explain this one to me.

I have a Giga Hub since a month ago. Had a lot of issues when connecting but was good for a while. 2 days ago, all my devices that were connected directly on the modem (BELLXXX network) disconnected. I just noticed today when checking my Wi-Fi connections to connect that the BELL network no longer appears, but my Wi-Fi extenders (Deco's) appear, I can connect to them and I have internet. How is this even possible when my Deco extenders are connected to the  modem??? I ran a virtual repair but it crashed halfway through and won't let me do it anymore.

If you go into the Home hub you should be able to see the network SSID's for the modem.

You can use a free scanning tool on your phone to scan, and it should see all networks in range including the modem's.

I use a program called net analyzer on my phone, it's free and does a good job providing an overview of all the wireless signals around you.
