Will Bell credit my account for phone, TV and internet outages. The outages cost me hugely.

Good morning, @Dissatisfied . Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for reaching out.
Credits provided for outages are typically determined on a case by case basis for the user in question, with the exception of particularly widespread outages (there was an outage in May 2025 impacting multiple ISPs as an example).
As the Community is a peer-to-peer channel, we're unable to provide credits or provide insight as to whether or not you in particular would qualify for credits. We recommend that you head over to our Contact Us
page for the best means to reach out for account specific inquiries.
Let us know if you have any further questions. Best wishes.
