Crypto.com app blocked

I'm not sure why but it seems like my home network is blocking access to the crypto.com app. I reset the router and the phone network settings didn't work. I tried my work wifi and it works, also my mobile data works. I tried using a vpn on my home wifi and the app worked. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

the issue seems to have fixed itself. I'm using HH 4000.

Can you clarify which modem you are using? Is the router you refer to the Giga Hub or your own connected device?
