Email address showing up as "Bell"

When I send an email from my sympatico email address it appears as "Bell" for the recipient. (I've had a few people tell me this.) Is there a way to change it so my address shows, and people know it's me and not a company emailing them?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Have you verified & tested this theory out by sending yourself an email? You can not change how recipients save emails nor how it is stored by them in an email application or their contact information.

Please login to your own online webmail email account and Select > Settings. Verify your Signature & Profile details. Edit & save the changes you make. If everything is copacetic, then send a test email to yourself.

This should reflect what other mail recipients would be viewing as well.

Let us know how you make out & if you need further assistance.

Take care.
