Fake McAfee pops up and says access denied

When I open my e-mail a fake McAfee pops up and says access denied. I wait 2 seconds and it disappears. I have not subscribed to McAfee or ever down loaded it. How do I get rid of it?

If you are running Windows, run a Microsoft Defender full scan.

Full Scan how to. 

Hopefully that takes care of it.
