Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Based on the limited information you have provided, I suspect that you are not entering the correct password. You did a factory reset. Are you entering the default password that  came with the initial modem setup or did you subsequently change this to another password? Did you also autosave this password for future logins? If so, delete this saved password information and clear your web browser cache & cookies information.

If you changed this password & did a factory reset, then you will need to enter the original password to log in to the modem.

The original password can be found on the back of the modem. It is the serial number of the modem. Try entering this information & follow my instructions.

  1. Open a browser and type 192.168.2.1 in the address bar.
  2. Log in. Unless you have changed this, the default password is the Serial Number (S/N) located on the sticker on the back of the modem.

If after completing the above steps and you still can not log in, you will need to contact Bell Fibe Internet Tech Support at: 1 844 310-SURF (7873)

For future reference you can also set up the following for password recovery:

1. Open your web browser. > Enter the following in your address bar: 192.168.2.1  > 2. Click on Modem preferences. > 3. If prompted, enter the administrator password. Unless you have changed it, the default password is the serial number located on the sticker on the back of the modem. > 4. In the Contact information section, enter your email address & confirm your Email address. Optionally, you can also add your mobile number to receive a text message. > 5. Click the Save button. 6.  Exit your web browser & select Password recovery on your modem.

I have attached a link that will assist you in answering some of your Modem & Wi-Fi questions.
