Importing Contacts in .PST or .CSV file into BellMail?

I'm in process of fully migrating from an Microsoft Exchange Outlook account.  I've exported by Contacts and Tasks into both .PST and .CSV files, and would like to import then into my Bell (i.e., @sympatico.ca) account.  I've searched and not found any instructions / tips for doing so.

Does anyone have any tips for doing so?  Is in indeed possible to do so?  FYI, I access my Sympatico email both via IMAP and Webmail.  ThX!

Unfortunately Microsoft limits / restricts any conversion of .pst & .csv files to other software or mail applications. You can export & import them back in to Outlook Only! There is nothing on the market that will help convert these files. The best you can do is save emails in .msg or .txt file formats.

This does little for anyone trying to convert from one mail program to another……..

I have searched for many moons & there is just nothing out there that will do this. If you find something please let us know on the Bell Community Forum.
