My employer says that my connection is not reliable. How to test that?

My internet speed seems to be on the fast side. Many times is around 900 Mbps, and 500 Mbps when is slower. 
But apparently the issue is that it cannot stay reliably connected for long periods of time. My employer needed to install an app remotely, and the connection dropped 3 times while affording only 4 percent of the total download. 
He asked that I checked this issue with my ISP. 
I have already reset the modem. To no avail.

Any ideas?

Sit at your computer and check the speed and connection state when they do the install (e.g. stream a youtube video, and run an occasional speed test). If your connection is stable, but they report it dropping then it appears the problem is on their side.
