I have the HH4000.

No interface for Mac filtering , even though it's referred to in the help screen.

Notice the 1st Pic is missing the Block user panel. The second is missing a lot of tools.

"The support personnel I had been speaking to said it was across the  board."

I've had the same HH4000 for two years. There have been firmware updates but there's never been a MAC filter option in Advanced Tools and Settings on the modem I received.

Update on my struggles with Bell's new software roll out of disabling the MAC filtering. I followed @CharlieB advice and low and behold the Mac filtering does appear. I ran some tests and the filtering does not seem to be enforced so I believe that Bell has totally disabled this feature. I received the new HH3000 and and fired it up and yes the Mac filtering appears but is totally disabled. I even thought of restoring the Hub which I have a backup but they have also removed the Maintenance option to take backups and perform restores, so no luck there. I do not know what else to try so will have to wait till they update their Bell WI-FI app to include the Mac filtering. So I will be closely monitoring what devices are accessing my HUB and block any strange activity with the Bell WI-FI app, Best of luck to all who are in the same predicament.

that means we cannot get the MAC filtering back... which is a big help to secure our network

Another update. Upon more testing I have discovered that CharlieB's MAC filtering solution does work but we must leave the 'Whole Home Wi-Fi' under the 'Manage my Wi-Fi' turned off which means if you use Pods they will no longer work if I am correct. Luckily I do not use them so I will move forward and use the work around. Best of luck to all.

finally, thanks man.

Good evening BoringDad,

You're welcome.I was not going to give up because I swear by Mac filtering. Hopefully this will help others. A BIG thank you to @CharlieB  for the great work around. HURRAY

Another question, not the end of the world problem, but is there any way to get back the Block devices, Back/Restore, Wi-Fi Analyzer features? If not so be it.
