According to the picture above you selected "sympatico.ca"
The correct server is " pophm.sympatico.ca"

I entered the server manually pophm.sympatico.ca
It still searches for the certificate but does not find one.
I uncheck the certificate and the installation proceeds fine.
The certificate message does not come back.
Thank you

Not sure what you are trying to do, but if setting up POP email the correct server address is pophm.sympatico.ca
Port 995 and SSL is required.

When installing Thunderbird now after entering email address and password there is pause for a short period and then it shows all the settings. The only thing i have to choose POP or IMAP I choose POP
The certificate message comes up and when i click on "certificate" it show a certificate for "iheart radio" with 2 dates. Valid before and Valid after. Ottawa is in the Locality.
