I am trying to call a cell number in the 343 area code and I keep getting her voicemail. I call her from my home telephone and I can reach me. Since 343 is now a valid area code, can you help me. Thanks

Thank you for your question. The issue may be with your recipient's phone as opposed to your phone, as your call rolls to her voicemail.

Thanks for you reply but her family and other friends can call her. I am the only one that cannot call her from her cell. I was thinking that it is a setting from my phone and was wondering if someone new which one.

Thank you for your reply. I am confused. You said, "I am the only one that cannot call her from her cell". Can you clarify that? Are you saying that you can not call her cell phone? Do you have different providers or is your family member on Bell? If you think it might be a setting, here are some things you can check on your phone.
If your call rolls to voicemail, then it may be something in your family member's settings which may need changing. Your cell number may have been blocked on their phone, inadvertently, I am sure, sending your call from your cell phone to voice mail, but they will have to attend to that change on their phone.
Thank you again for your question.
