I turned in my phone at the end of my contract instead of buying it out, I was told that as long as I kept it in pristine condition, which I did, I would receive a large credit, it was in my contract. It was pristine upon tuning in at a Bell store and I was told I would receive my credit in a couple of months, that was March and nothing yet. Has anyone ever did this and received their credit and if so how long did it take.
Thank you for any assistance

Hi there, @Francesperreault. Welcome to the Community.
When you agree to DRO, a portion of the device cost is deferred to the end of your service agreement; prior to this, at no point are you being immediately charged for that portion of the device cost.
In the case where you return the phone in working condition at the end of your service agreement, that DRO charge is automatically cancelled out by an equivalent credit. This is all done in the billing system's back end as to prevent any confusion or bill shock from a user suddenly seeing a large charge to their bill. There are no additional credits applied to your bill related to DRO or the phone being returned.
If you're still unsure, take a look over our support page on Device Return Option: when your agreement ends

I have the return devise policy. I recieved my new phone and was instructed to return my old phone …. They sent me a return sticker so that I could mail it however I decided to drop it off at a bell location …… however I have attempted to drop it off at three bell locations near my area and neither one would accept it …. And now my return package slip is expired …. The return amount is now charged to my bill but I am not paying it until I get some answers from bell as to why these bell locations wouldn’t accept the phone

Hey guys,
My sister returned her DRO phone after the 2 years was charged the 670$ on the bill. She has a paper saying it was undamaged and everything is good and she will receive a credit.
It's been 2 months and no credit has been received. This is her second billing cycle. Does anyone know how long it usually takes?? Before I call bell.
Thanks

Depending on the date she returned her device to Bell, & when Bell verified that it is undamaged & in working order, can take 60 to 90 days after receipt. I would suggest that you wait a while longer as you mentioned in your note that it has only been 60 days maximum.
If you wish to reconfirm that your return refund is being processed, you can contact Bell Mobility Customer Service, accounts & billing.
