I have problems of various types on my newly acquired Google Pixel 7.
After calling Tech support it has been established that the smartphone is faulty and I am in the process of obtaining another.
My question is: How did BELL ascertain the mobile was defective on the strength of my calling them?

Hi there @Beevee, and welcome to the Community.
As Tech Support is a specialized team, they would have their own means and steps to determine beyond a reasonable doubt if an issue is network or device related.

Since 1 months I my spending whole day with both companies and there is no solution yet.

Hi there, @Sherwani. Welcome to the Bell Community.
If possible, could you share with the Community what reasoning Asurion had provided you with when you declined your coverage?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Calls go in and out. I have read many problems with this phone. Yet they still recommended. I believe they owe me a new phone. Haven't had this that long. Bell had to know there is problems with this phone.
