My iPhone is 1 hour behind as a result. I tried restarting and it didn’t help.

Hi @MO and @Casserole
Some clients may have experienced an incorrect time change on their phone this morning.
The issue is now resolved. If the correct time does not appear, you may need to reboot your phone and/or turn to airplane mode and then back. We apologize for the inconvenience.

My Samsung did the same thing this morning, turned my time back an hour and now I'm late for work, Daylights Savings isnt until next weekend. I has to shut off the automatic date and time update and when I did it said I was in Vancouver (which I am in Toronto) How can I change my phone so it automatically updates the correct date/time for Toronto?
