Our Senjen Woods Golf Course has no mobile data access with Bell. It is located just west of Ennotville and South of Fergus Ontario. Your coverage map shows it has access but I can tell you it is a complete dead zone. Is there anyway this can be corrected. Many Bell customers who play there including me use golf and weather apps when we playing there. Please help!

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. For the Community to be better able to assist, could you provide some more details as to the issue?
- Have you taken the time to speak to Tech Support and make a ticket?
- Are you experiencing these issues indoors, outdoors, or both?
- When did these issues start?
- Is it just data usage, or do you see issues with calling and/or text messaging as well?
- Do you notice any improvement or change in different areas of the golf course?
- Does anyone with other providers have similar issues at the course?
- What troubleshooting steps have you personally completed? Restarting your phone, removing and reinserting the SIM, etc.

for tips.

I tried to speak with customer support but was directed to the community forum for answers.
When I was with another service provider there wasn't any problem with connectivity.
Phone calls are not a problem.
The issue is both indoors and out. I have tried the suggested troubleshooting suggestion with no luck. I have no data issues anywhere else except our golf course. It's quite frustrating.
