Can I sell my financed unlocked phone to someone and still pay over 2 years , if the buyer misuses the phone , will I be still responsible?

In order to sell your device, you need to own it. If you are on a SmartPay plan, you would need to pay off your device and any agreement fees related  to your service cancellation.

The device & mobility service are in your name. Your question basically is “ Am I responsible for the device, any damages, charges, incurred if I sell it to someone else and or allow them to use it? Will Bell Mobility hold me accountable for charges incurred by them? Yes.

It your device was lost or stolen, the same would hold true! Yes you are responsible for the device & any charges. This would need to be reported to Bell Mobility to avoid future unauthorized charges & ensuring the device can not be reconnected.

What you ultimately decide to do is up to you & within your circle of influence to control!

Good luck!
Take care.
