Good Day.
Bell Mobility does not offer Call Control as a feature for cell phones.
Are you referring to hiding your Caller ID on your iPhone 16? If so, go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Show My Caller ID. Select > Turn OFF > Show My Caller ID
There is also an option to filter unknown callers on your iPhone 16. This will send them directly to voicemail. The numbers will still appear in your list of callers. You can "Silence Unknown Callers" in your mobile device by once again going into your Settings Select > Apps. Select > Phone. Select > Silence Unknow Callers. Turn this feature > On.
Bell has also implemented Universal Network-Level Call Blocking (UNCB) to help protect Canadians against certain types of unsolicited calls. UNCB blocks calls that have blatantly inaccurate Call Display information.

Bell introduced a new feature this week Suspicious Call Detection. Suspicious call detection uses AI analytics to monitor incoming calls in real time, and it alerts you about potential spam or fraud, allowing you to decide whether to answer incoming calls by labelling the suspicious ones. It is automatically available for all Bell Mobility customers at no extra charge and cannot be turned off.

Take care.

See my comments on the possible conflicts of the Suspicious Call detection feature, first announced by BellDRock related to known risks of conflicts between this new feature and Google similiar features, and iPhone similiar features are not mentioned in the announcement, but WelchTerrier has done a good job of showing that the feature option is available on iPhone
There is no option to turn off the Bell feature, so please read the post link above closely and contiinue to monitor your current device screeniing models and possible conflicts between the two. Report to Bell Support and shout out here. Thanks for posting this new information @WelshTerrier Glad to see Bell putting AI tools to good use. Late in the game compared to Google and Bell, and Universal Network-Level Call Blocking (UNCB) was ordered for development years ago by CRTC,to be implemented by all carriers by 2018, and each built in very limited features, which Google first started developing and others followed in 2018. So a useful product is here, but as usual the big companies have made it kind of obsolete from the get go, but it was ordered by CRTC, so all companies had to implement and keep improving.
Hope the feature goes well for all companies in this new AI world, but for now, I will take Google since it has proven itself over years, and I am sure Apple is doing well at it too. For older phone users, or lower end phones, this will be a great add-on for them.
No cost, on automatically, and with Google looks like you have a choice, and hopefully Apple and others like Samsung, etc. too.
