As I don't have cell service at home, I use wifi calling. Sometimes it can take one to two days to receive a voice mail notification. Is there any way this can be corrected?

Good Day.
You should receive a voicemail notification with Wi-Fi calling providing of course that you have a strong & stable Wi-Fi signal.
Do you have Bell Internet at home? If so, which Internet plan do you subscribe to?
Have you tried rebooting your mobile device? Have you rebooted your modem recently? Is your iOS / OS up to date?
Are you able to receive text message & email notification from at home on your mobile device?
Is this happening with all Wi-Fi networks that you connect to, or just on your home network? If it's just happening when on a particular one, the issue could be with the configuration with that network, and you may then wish to check with Bell Tech support or with your home Internet Service Provider.
If you're using any kind of VPN or networking/security apps, try temporarily uninstalling those, and see if that helps.
You can also try resetting the network settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before. Be sure to note & write down any needed Wi-Fi passwords ahead of time when using this step as you will need to re-enter this information.
I have questions about using Wi-Fi Calling : Coverage
Take care.
