Good morning, @ABYQUEEN. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.
Toll free numbers are only just that - toll free. This is meaning that the business or service that you're calling will not independently bill you for your time. This is separate from long distance charges you may see on your bill with Bell Mobility.
Please bear in that as the Bell Community is a peer-to-peer support channel, we're unable to speak to the specific circumstances of what your plan may or may not provide you. With that said, as a base line most plans currently provided unlimited calling in Canada only - as such, you would be charged the expected per minute rate for calling a US number, toll free or not. If you have a Canada/US plan, or otherwise pay for a US calling add-on to an existing plan, then you would not receive any long distance charges.
If you would like to review what is currently included in your plan, you can log into your MyBell profile and go to Manage My Plan
Let us know if you have any further questions.
