Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Yes, it is possible to move your mobility account from one carrier to another. You will need to contact Bell Mobility & arranged to "Port" your number.
You can transfer most existing phone numbers in urban and surrounding areas to your Bell account, including numbers from other mobile carriers and landline numbers. You can do this by visiting a Bell Store or by calling Bell Mobility Customer Service at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
You will need to provide them with:
- Your current phone number, if transferring a mobile number, and/or your most recent monthly bill from your current service provider.
- Bell will also need at least one of the following pieces of information about your current account:
- Account number
- Device IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity)
- Account password or PIN
Wireless number transfers can be completed within two hours of receiving your SIM and/or device.
I have included the following web links that explains everything. Please reference item: 4. Contact us; in the following web page. (Please check out the Remember list at the bottom of this same page.)

As I have a plan for Bell Home Phone, TV, and Internet I receive offers for Bell Mobility plans. My cellular service is with Virgin Mobile and I would like to switch to Bell and accept one of the offers. All the offers indicate new activations only but I am unclear as to what that means for me. I wish to keep my existing cellular phone number, can I transfer my service from Virgin Mobile and accept one of the offers from Bell Mobility? I do not want a new cellular phone number.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
@RL A new activation is just that! If you port your service from any carrier, including Virgin Mobile, it is deemed to be a new Bell Mobility service activation.
You can sign up with Bell Mobility & arrange to "Port" your number. If you do so, you will be given a temporary number. You will need to contact Bell Mobility & make these arrangements? Please call: 1 800 667-0123
Wireless number transfers can be completed within two hours of receiving your SIM and/or device. Home phone-to-wireless transfers take a minimum of two business days.
