Hi there, @Hd. Welcome to the Bell Community.
Smartphone Care must be added when you initially sign onto the agreement with Bell for your new phone. This goes all for channels - online, over the phone, and in-store. If you wish to add it after activating, you must do so within thirty days after activation by visiting a local Bell store and having your phone physically inspected to make sure of there being no damage.

The best time to enroll in a Smart/Phone Care plan is at time of activation or upgrade. You can also enroll within 30 days of activation or upgrade by visiting any Bell store for a visual inspection of your device. Previously damaged or defective units are not eligible for the program.
