MyBell app change language to English

I had to delete and reinstall the MyBell app. 
Initially, at first use, it was in the English language. 
Opening the app for a second time it was in French. How to get it back to English?

I tried all that. It didn’t work. 
i had a Bell technician here and he tried: nothing. 
So I uninstalled the app again, downloaded it again and THEN it came with a notification/question in what language I want the app. This came BEFORE logging in. 
Obviously I choose English and everything is alright now. 😊

Hi there, @Abraham58. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.

Have you checked what the system default language is for your device? MyBell is going to default to whatever language you have that set to. You could also check for specific language preferences for an app. If you're unsure as to how:

Android:

  1. On your device, open your Settings app.
  2. Tap SystemLanguagesApp Languages
  3. Select the app you want to change.
  4. Choose a language.

iOS:

  1. On your device, open your Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to Apps.
  3. Find your app of choice.
  4. Check Preferred Language at the bottom. Set to English if not already there.

Hi Kris, my device (iPhone 15 + iOS 18) is set to Dutch language. 

The app language of the MyBell app is (and was) set to English all the time. 🤷🏼
