Just wondering if Bell is going to match Rogers new subsidized internet program for $9.99
"$9.99/month internet is now available through Rogers to individuals on ODSP (Ontario disability support program), OW (Ontario works), or GIS (Guaranteed income supplement).

Hello!
Bell participates in the government of Canada’s Connecting Families initiative, and the government has announced that the program will be expanded next year. We don’t have plans to roll out additional programs at this time.

Thank you for your question. The most recent information on the Connected Families Initiative, which is a year old, can be found here. Bell is a partner in the program, but you will need a Letter of Invitation from the Government of Canada, with an activation code, to qualify. Bell does not issue those letters and they can not be requested from the government.
