Hey Bell ..

I just wondering what Conn. charge waived 1st/2nd bill means.
While I was purchasing I was told that I was eligible to waive this charge according to the Black Friday special offer.

I would appreciate it if you let me understand what is supposed to mean!

Good morning, @May. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for your post.

It means exactly as the title would imply - your connection fee will be waived and credited back to you on either your first or second bill. This appears attached to your plan as it's effectively a flag for your account and our billing system to be able to handle the connection fee automatically instead of having to speak to an agent.

We'd recommend keeping a close eye on your first couple bills to make sure everything goes ahead as anticipated. You can do so by visiting My BillOpens in a new tab or window from your MyBell profile.

Let us know if you had any further questions. 🙂
