I have the old 4100 series receivers and associated remotes but they need line of site to work. Are there new receivers and Bluetooth remotes available now so the equipment can be stored away out of sight?

All of the Bell Satellite TV remotes today are either IR or RF. There is no Bluetooth remote.
There are newer Satellite TV PVR's, Receivers, & remotes. E.g. 9500 HD PVR, 7500 HD receiver, Slim remote. They are infrared controlled.
Here is a web link on Bell that will show you the current listing of satellite equipment:

Good Day.
There are no settings & configuration on a Bell Bluetooth remote that can be changed to control an older Fibe TV box. Please tell us what you have & what you wish to control?
Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV APP.
What equipment are you currently using to access Bell TV? Fibe TV box VIP7802, Bell Streamer, VIP5562 4K PVR, VIP2502 receiver etc.
- The Bell Bluetooth Slim remote will only control the VIP 5662w.
- The Voice Remote with Google Assistant will only control the Fibe TV Box VIP7802.
- The Slim remote will control VIP2262, VIP1232, VIP1216, VIP1200, VIP2202, VIP2102 and VIP2502 & is IR.
If you are experiencing issues with one of your remote controls, you can order a replacement from Bell.

How can I switch my Fibe BT to IR mode so it can be used with older Fibe TV boxes? I assume it's possible since it uses IR to control the TV. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for your reply. We subscribe to FibeTV and have both the VIP2262 and VIP2502 receivers. It's too bad the remotes are either/or.
