Last Channel recall

I have just installed the 4K Fibe Tv. When I press the "last" button I get the last 5 channels shown on the screen, but the displays are "still" pictures. My friend said when he watches sports and presses the "last button all the screens are being shown in real time. That way he can keep up with the scores for each game and see what channels are showing a commercial. Is there a setting for that? Also when I switch to one of the "5" channels I can't rewind back.

When you select last channel on the Bell TV remote, (e.g. Bluetooth Slim remote), it brings up a secondary screen on your TV that displays the last five channels displayed on that receiver. Only one channel is shown active at any one given time. When you select the last channel button, it will be the very last channel that you viewed prior to the current channel you are watching. This channel will have an active display showing what is being broadcast. All other channels will have still pictures. You can change the active channel, by scrolling to any one of the other four last channels on the screen & it will change to an active screen and will show you what is being broadcast at this time. Only one last channel can be active at any one time when you use the last channel remote feature on your remote. You can select any one of the last channels to view full screen or you can exit out of the last channel screen and return to the channel you were originally watching.

I've tried resetting but no luck. I also don't have a picture in the "thumbnail" preview screen when I,m scrolling through the guide. I believe I need a new "TV box".

Nah this feature is canceled in the latest tv box. You have to subscribe separately in order to get the legacy box.
