PBS Channels

Are PBS channels available A La Carte, or only in the "Good" package?  I am trying to save on my subscriptions, and want to downgrade from the "Good" package to the "Starter" package. I see the Starter package does not list PSB channels, but neither does the a la carte section.

You can only get the local pbs in Starter. For additional regional and/or another time zone, you have to order the Time-Shift pack at $5/mo.
