Remote not working for dish other than to turn it on and off.
nothing shows when pressing menu or guide or info.
only thing on screen is channel not available.
can’t access what’s going on with dish

Did you have a power outage earlier?
Have you checked that all of your cables are all secure & seated properly on the receiver & at the back of the TV?
Your remote is not damaged & the batteries are okay?
Have you tried rebooting your receiver:
- To reboot your receiver unplug the receiver’s power cord from the power outlet or bar. Wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.
If none of my earlier suggestions work, then we will do a reset of your receiver.
- To do a reset of your receiver: press and hold the POWER button on your receiver for at least 5 seconds until it resets.
If after completing these steps & it is still is not working, please contact Bell Satellite TV tech support at: 1 888 759-3474
