I will assume that you have Fibe TV & that you are replacing a defective receiver with a replacement receiver sent to you from Bell. (Please retain the box that came with the replacement receiver. There should be detailed instructions & return information included in this box. You will need this to send back the defective receiver.)
I have included the attached web link that will assist you in replacing your receiver There are also numerous items on this web page that can assist you with any future questions.
Open this link in your web browser: How to install my Fibe TV equipment : What do I need to get started? (bell.ca)
Scroll down the list & select: How to install my wireless HD receiver. > Choose your modem > Follow the tutorial & steps provided for that modem to install your replacement receiver.
Should you encounter any issues or require further assistance, do not hesitate to contact Bell Fibe TV Customer Support at: 310-BELL > Press 1 - English > Press 2 - Repair & Technical Support > Press 4 - TV.
Tech support will assist you in replacing your receiver. You will need to in front of your TV & have access to your modem & receiver.
