Streaming on a Roku Stick

I have a 4K PVR box. I would love to subscribe to BritBox but Bell does not have an app to stream Brit Box. I have a Roku streaming stick and wonder if I can put the stick in my free HDMI port on the box to stream BritBox on the Roku stick. After viewing BritBox and removing the stick will I be able to switch back to Bell Fibe TV without interference?

There is a BritBox App for Roku. You should confirm that your Roku device is supported. Some older legacy models cannot stream their content. Roku is no longer supporting legacy models 3600 and 4400X, or any older Roku devices. Streaming the BritBox app on these older devices may not be possible.

There is no reason why you can not use your free HDMI port for your Roku stick. You should not need to install or remove your Roku stick each time you wish to watch Bell Fibe & vice versa with your Roku stick.

Have a look at your TV settings & manual. Depending on your TV model & it's age, you might only need to plug it in to your free HDMI. When you wish to use it, you would select a source / input on your TV remote. Most TV's today are also equipped with an auto-configuration feature that recognizes your device when you plug it in to an input such as an HDMI port.

Enjoy.
