I recently upgraded my TV to a newer Samsung. I was successful getting the voice remote to function properly however when I turn off the TV the "source" will be lost. When I turn the TV back on again I have to use the Samsung remote to set the source again. From that point on the Fibe remote works as it should. Is this something that the Fibe remote reprogramming can correct or do I have to seek advice from Samsung? Thanks

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
As a starting point, does your Samsung TV power on / off, volume + / - & mute with your Bell TV remote. If your Bell remote can do all of these functions, then your Bell remote is programmed with the correct Samsung remote control code. If your Bell remote cannot perform all of these functions, then you will need to factory reset your Bell remote and select another Samsung remote code that does perform all of these functions.
If your Bell remote control, can perform all of the functions that I mentioned previously, you will now need to verify this Samsung TV setting.
Go to the > Settings Menu on your Samsung TV. Select > All Settings. Select > General & Privacy. Select > Start Screen Options. Select > Autorun Last App. You have now completed the changes to your Samsung TV. Exit from the Samsung settings menu.
After completing these steps, your Samsung TV will always return to the last device or app that you were using prior to powering your TV off. This is a variable that will change based on what you were viewing prior to turning your Samsung TV off. E.g. Bell TV receiver, Firestick, Smart TV App, etc., etc.
Your TV will always revert back to the last device or app used prior to powering off.
Take care.

Thank you, Welsh Terriier. I had been able to control all functions with the remote but this one stumped me. Your advice solved the problem. Thanks again.
