Unable to activate Crave subscription - Email address does not match profile

I am receiving a subscription to Crave through Bell. I am trying to activate it however, I use a username to sign into Bell and it is asking me for an email address. When I enter the credentials it won't accept as it doesn't match my profile. There is no option to change my username in the Bell website. Looking for any information on how to activate it without an email.

- Was Crave included as part of a 24-month promotion for eligible Ultimate plans?
- Was Crave included as part of a TV and Internet bundle? E.g. "Get 2 months on us when you subscribe to Crave with select TV and Internet bundles."
- Have you verified that Crave is activated on your MyBell account?
- How are you accessing Crave? Mobile device, tablet, streamer, Firestick, etc.
- Are you logged in with your MyBell username and password?
Have you contacted Bell Customer Service to verify the details associated with your Crave subscription? If not, then you should call Internet & TV account support at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device.

Im having a similar issue. My crave subscription was assigned to either my internet or fibe plan. I’ve been trying to activate it with my bell credentials but it states they don’t match.
I can sign into my bell account, click on manage subscription to activate, it’ll then take me to the Crave site to activate but my bell credentials won’t be accepted. I’ve been trying this method on my mobile device.
have you been able to get it resolved?

- If Crave was included as part of a Bell TV and Internet promotion, the best way to access all of your Fibe TV & Crave content is through the Fibe TV app. How are you trying to access Crave on your mobile device? Are you using the Crave app or the Fibe TV app. How to access Crave on other devices

I have the same issue. I use a username, not an email address to log into my Bell account. When I try to activate my free Crave with Mobile service it prompts for an email address. I am entering the email we use that all correspondence goes to, but getting uaername/password failure.

Thanks everyone for your replies. This was part of a mobility subscription. I did receive an email with a link to a login page. However, there was no link on my Bell account to activate Crave and when I tried to login to the website link it failed. The offer is no longer valid so I have missed out. Thanks everyone again for your support. Hoping others can take advantage before their offer expires.

If a promotion has expired, we are unable to reactivate the promotion on the Bell Community Forum.
If you make any changes or cancel your Bell Mobility rate plan during the Crave Standard with Ads promotional period or switch to a non-eligible plan, your access to Crave will end.
You would of received an email or text message with information on how to link your Bell Mobility mobile phone number to a new or existing Crave account.
