I just reconfirmed that the link on MyBell is active and working.
You can go to MyBell, check the MyServices section or MyProfile sections and click on Manage within the Memberships and Rewards section. Enter your Aeroplan number and last name. Please note that your last name must match on both your Bell and Aeroplan accounts. Additionally note it will say Link Aeroplan account, only once linked will it say Manage.
Can you please verify that your last name matches on both your Bell and Aeroplan accounts and that your meet the eligibility criteria as shown in this Aeroplan Points with Bell promotional weblink:

To link your Bell and Aeroplan accounts, simply log in to your: MyBell account
- Scroll down the My services page to the loyalty program section.
- Have your Aeroplan number handy.
- Select > Link Aeroplan account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
Please scroll down the page. On the left side of the page, you will see this section:
- Earn rewards with new Bell services: Link your loyalty program accounts to Bell and we'll credit your rewards directly to your accounts.
- On the right of this same page, there is an Aeroplan logo. Below this logo, select > Link Aeroplan account.
There are a few common reasons why a customer may not be eligible:
- Your current plan does not appear on the list of eligible Bell plans.
- You are an Internet and/or Internet + TV plan customer located outside of Ontario or Quebec.
- Your Bell account is not in good standing; you have migrated to an ineligible plan or there are issues with your Aeroplan account.
If you believe there has been an error, please contact Bell to review your account.
