Hey there @HBillyJr & @Sparkeh
Thank you both for reaching out to the Bell community.
What type of device(s) are you using? Do you still have access to Sportsnet on your TV receiver?
@HBillyJr are you also getting a "bad request" error message?
There are a few different things you can do to try and resolve this.
- Ensure you are still subscribed to Sportsnet in your MyBell profile.
- Restart your device and your internet connection.
- Uninstall/reinstall the app.
- Test on a different device.
Let us know if you have any more trouble after that.

Hi all,
For anyone recently experiencing issues logging in to the Sportsnet Now app with MyBell credentials; a current and temporary workaround is to simply refresh the page when presented with the error message while attempting to login. After the page has refreshed, your login should be successful.
Please let us know if you still receive error messages after refreshing the page. We will update this thread when we have further information to share.

I had the same problem recently with the Sportsnet app and nothing worked until I deleted the SN app and reinstalled it. After logging back in using my Bell customer info the SN app showed the correct subscriptions.

Hi there. I am having the same issue. When trying to log in to Sportsnet using my bell tv credentials I can’t get past the loading screen. This used to work quickly without fail every time. It’s only the Sportsnet app. The log in process for TSN and Crave work with no issue. Using iPhone 16 pro max. Same issue on my web browser using Microsoft edge.
please help.
thank you.

Yes. Sportsnet works on the satellite receiver without issue. I am attempting to access from my home and on my phone. I am subscribed to the channel. As I mentioned the sign in for TSN works no problem it’s only with Sportsnet.
Once you submit your credentials, you are taken to a white screen with the orange loading bar. You cannot get further than this screen. When you try with the web browser, you get routed to a black screen

I also am having the same issue when trying to watch Sportsnet.
I also tried to see if it was just Sportsnet by logging into Global with my Bell credentials and am getting the fedportal.ges.bell.ca page not found error.

Hi @BellNick,
Yes I am still having the issue. I have done multiple troubleshooting steps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on multiple devices. And I have also tried on my PC with different browsers. It is a Bell authentication error. Because after entering my login credentials the next page does not load and the following error is shown:
This fedportal.ges.bell.ca page can’t be found
No web page was found for the web address:" https://fedportal.ges.bell.ca/affwebservices/"

I'm experiencing the issue too. I can't login to Sportsnet.ca on my browser using my Bell.ca credentials. I've tried with multiple browsers, in incognito mode and not, with all extensions disabled and not and... getting the "This fedportal.ges.bell.ca page can’t be found" error as well.
Any idea when this will be fixed?

Good Day.
I have reconfirmed this morning that there are no issues with accessing: https://watch.sportsnet.ca/
Please tell us more. How are you signing into Sportsnet? Verify your OS and app is up to date & restart your device.
You can login to the Sportsnet app & on the web with your Bell credentials providing you have access to the Sportsnet channels as part of your Bell TV subscription.
To login to the Sportsnet:
- Open up the app or web page: Sportsnet
- Go to & Select > Sign In.
- Select > TV Provider Sign In.
- Select > Bell.
- Enter your MyBell username and Password. Select > Login
- You will now be presented with a Success! Login confirmation. Select > Ok.
If you are experiencing issues accessing Sportsnet with your browser:
- Verify your Bell account Username & password.
- Clear your browser cache, cookies and password settings & try once again.
Take care.

Thanks, but there is an issue and it's been ongoing for at least a week or so.
I've tried logging in on the most recent version of Brave, Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and get the same error message each time with every browser, cache cleared or not.
