Hello I am new to Bell and my home phone menu is in French, how can I change it to English. This for smart touch services like *72 for call forwarding. Thanks

Good Day.
Thank you for your reply.
My apologies for misinterpreting your question. Please provide us with the complete details of what it is you would like us to assist you in changing from French to English.
Are you referring to the language settings that are displayed on your home phone device? E.g. Panasonic, VTech, etc.
To change the language on your phone, you will need to navigate to the: Settings menu through the specific feature's menu for your model of phone. For example, on a Panasonic landline phone, use the on-screen menu buttons to scroll down to Initial settings & select. Scroll down to "Language" option & select and change.

Let us know if you require further assistance.
Take care.

So for example if I use *72 for call forwarding, the menu speaks in French "Veuillez entrer le numéro de destination..."
If I do *69 last call return the menu says "le dernier numéro..."
I would like this menu to be in English, someone mentioned if I change the voicemail settings to English using *98 it resolves the issue but that did not work.
