Resolved! Cannot dial out with Rotary phone since switching to Fibe

I have a couple rotary 500 phones in my home. Since I switched to Fibe I can only answer them, not dial out. When I try to dial out I only get a message in french, which I don't understand since I don't speak french. Is there any way of fixing this? ...
