ADMZ unstable on Giga hub 2.0

Hi,

I have a new service with Bell and have received the Giga hub 2.0 an I'm trying to use it with my existing router.

I am trying to setup admz to get rid of the double NAT.

After putting the router in admz everything is fine for 10-15 minutes and then the Giga hub blocks everything. I have to renew the connection or reboot modem and router to get connected and in about the same time same thing happens.

Hours on call with tech support and zero help.

Any solutions?

If you are using the 10 g port, it apparently has issues.

In the WiFi application, make sure privacy mode is on. It's off by default and it's setting that as not available in the modem.

Changed to 2,5G port and turned privacy mode on. No improvement.

It is exactly 10 minutes. 600 seconds on the dot.

Log int to the gigahub and perform a speedtest from within the modem menu once you believe it's blocking everything.
