Hello,
I have a portable external HDD attached to my GigaHub. I can access the media from my iPhone while connected to the Wi-Fi network but I can’t seem to get to it remotely (while using mobile data) . Are there any settings that I need to change/enable to view the media on the attached hard drive from anywhere?

Hi @RickGio87
You're connecting to a local (LAN) device from your iPhone when you're on WiFi. To see the external HDD via an internet connection (Bell's data network) you'll need a remote connection. They are a few options to do "remote computing", and I think you should dig into that. You'll need to make some settings changes on your Hub once you've decided on the software you'll be using on your iPhone. For example, iOS has no embedded remote access app but you can get the Remote Desktop app from the app store.
I'd also move that HDD off the Hub and connect it to a local computer. It will be easier to access it remotely.
Hope this helps, as a starting point.
Cheers,
ZaneP
