Signed up with Bell Wireless Home Internet using home hub 3000. On first bill cycle August to September our usage was 0 and so was the next cycle, we don’t watch a lot of tv but certainly more than 0. Fast forward to October/November cycle and we are fast approaching our 600 limit. I feel that our previous unrecorded usage has been added to this most recent usage. Contacted Bell, said they would get back to me, but no one has. I just hope our lower download speeds will not affect our viewing quality especially with sports. We still have lots of data left on our phones maybe we can hot spot that available data??
cheers

Hi there @Lordon6163
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
It's certainly sounds strange that your internet usage for your first 2 cycles did not get reported, although, internet usage that occurred in one month does not get forwarded to the next month. You can view your detailed internet usage through your MyBell account (please see the link in the helpful reply), which will show your total usage, as well as usage per day.
If you are watching television via internet streaming, yes, there is a chance viewing quality can be impacted. Normal HD content from streaming services require at minimum 3-5 Mbps, while 4K / Ultra HD content requires a minimum of about 20-25Mbps. Using your mobile data through a hotspot is an option, at your discretion.
