Adding Netgear Mesh extender to HH3000

Hello,

I had replace my HH3000 recently, and when I try to connect my Netgear extender to provide wifi to an area of basement, I connect, but get no internet when I connect my phone to the extender.  I believe I had to call in to the DSL testboard to have this connected as a 'pod'.  I know the password is correct, but is there anything that I can do without calling in to the TB?  Thanks.

Bell provides support only for their own pods. Netgear support should be able to help you configure your extender.

Thanks for the reply.  I believe that when I set the extender up the first time on the original modem, that the tester did something.  If you have a Bell pod, there is a menu that pops up, so you can manipulate the device.  I will call in to see what I can accomplish.
