Hello,

It ring at an intermittent level.  We press the button in the white box in the wall.  It ring less frequently.  Do anyone know why it is doing that?  How to stop it?  We call customers services they don't seems to know why?  We reboot all system seems fine (blue lights everywhere).  Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi there @Aristote2, thanks for your post and welcome to the Bell Community.
Do you have a back up battery installed? Normally a beeping sound could mean that the UPS (backup battery) needs to be replaced.
In the meantime to stop the beeping you can simply remove the backup battery.
Let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Hello Patricia,

I will call customer services again to ask a technician visit.

Thank you so much for your reply.

Bell why don't you have a warning on the modem about the beeping, I've had beeping in my condo for 2 months and could not figure out what it was from, it is very annoying. You should have a warning on the modem regarding the battery and beeping and have it set to email the customer when it is low. The Bell technician placed the modem up high in my closet where I cannot reach it and could not tell that was where the beeping was from. I am disabled and this is very annoying, also where do we get replacement batteries from? I will call a technician to replace it but this is very poor customer service. Please put a sticker on the modem, most people do not read their manuals! Thanks CF
