Recently signed up with Bell and had my internet installed. I have the Gigahub modem. After logging into the Bell Wifi app, it prompts me to connect a pod to the modem before I can do anything on the app. Problem is, I don’t have a wifi pod. Was I supposed to receive one? There doesn’t seem to be a way to skip this step.

Good Day.
Did you order one? Please log into your MyBell account & verify if a Wi-Fi pod is listed under your Internet equipment. If there is no Wi-Fi pod, please contact Bell Customer Service Tech support. They will need to reset your Internet account. Please call: 1 844 310-SURF (7873)
Take care.
