Hi there @JessieXo
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Did you successfully set-up your pods through the WiFi App? Through the Bell WiFi app you can check the connection strength. If you do not see the connection strength it's possible the pod is not set-up correctly, therefore there is no connection available. Are you able to share what you see?
We would also recommend checking out our support article What are Wi-Fi pods and how do I use them?
for further information.
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi there @Csch
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
There is no way to manually connect it to the pod. The device will automatically connect to the best source connection that it can find. We would recommend possibly moving around the pod or the Firestick & TV if possible to see if it will connect to the pod elsewhere.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.

My internet was/is running very slow so we upgraded and bought a pod for the second floor. Well all 11 devices are currently running on the hub downstairs and nothing is connected to the pod.
