Emails not showing as read

For the past week or two, my open and read messages stay marked as bold/unread. I have to manually mark them as read. Any suggestions on how to fix this - it's a new issue and started randomly one day.

Interesting, do you recall approximately when this started?
Please share which device and browser you're using, and let us know if it is happening on multiple devices/browsers.
We also recommend clearing cookies and caches, and then test to see if your read messages still appear as unread.

I am still waiting for a resolution to this issue. It started a few weeks ago, it occurs on my desktop computer. I have cleared my cache/browsing history/cookies and the problem is still happening. 

Please advise of troubleshooting to rectify the problem.
