Haven’t been able to connect my fibe box to the internet for 2 days now. Customer service is closed. How frustrating! Why does this happen?

There's no error code 301 that I am aware off.
The closest I could find is:
Error 3100, 3200, 3300 – Modem too hot
- Error message: WARNING: Temperature too high. Check ventilation.
What to do: Your modem is getting too hot. Move your modem to an open space
Also, if you live in the Oshawa area there has been a major outage the past few days due to a damaged fibre cable.
Oshawa Service Outage
UPDATE-: We thank our customers for their continued patience as we continue to work around the clock to fully restore services impacted by the substantial damage caused by the third party fibre cut. We are making progress.
And customer service is open each day and can be reached right now if needed:
Online chat will be the fastest, but there's also the option to call.

Try Bell Customer Service now. They are open. I've not seen this error code relating to a Bell-related hardware problem, so I can't be too much help to you.
