Giga Hub Settings Disappearing

Have had a Giga Hub for several years now and recently settings are disappearing.  For example, all my port forwarding entries vanished and the guest network disabled and related settings were lost.  I added back some port forward settings but a few days later they disappeared again.  Has anybody else encountered this?

Good Day & Welcome to the bell Community Forum.

Your Giga Hub should not lose its settings. This can happen if a reset vs. restart is mistakenly chosen at the modem or if you are logged in to your modem and accidentally choose a reset in the modem Advanced tools & settings menu. Bell Tech support can reset your modem on a need be basis to solve a modem issue.

Are you able to share what days this occurred on?
Is the issue still happening?
Did you happen to perform a factory reset of your modem?

Thanks for the replies.  I'm going to wait to see if it happens again and, if so, I'll just call the tech support.  Pretty sure I didn't reset anything.  The only thing I could think of was that the power had gone out around the same time frame.  But even then, I have a back-up UPC so not sure if it had drained or not.
