HP Instant Ink requires ports to be opened

I switched to Bell full fiber and at that point the HP Instant Ink service I used stopped working.  I can print but I am no longer connected to their plan though paying monthly fee to get ink sent when running low. I want it back.  HP said Bell has to open certain points and gave me a list in an e-mail.  Bell says not their responsiblity though finally they admitted the ports are closed. My goal is just to get things working. I tried to open the UDP and TCP ports they listed but did a check and they aren't found.  Web services ports I have no idea where or how to open them.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

Do you have a phone with cellular service? If you do, you can switch it to cellular service and use it as hotspot, connect the printer to that network and try the web server there. Just to see if it connect then.

I very highly doubt it's a specific Bell issue as there would be thousands of people who would not be able to use this service and it's highly unlikely you are the only Bell customer who uses this service.

I don't have a cell phone and I was connected with HP Instant Ink with no trouble at all when on Rogers.  The day I switched to Bell it stopped connecting.

HP at a high level got my printer connected to HP Instant Ink again. Don't ask me how since I am not sure. I did NOT have to open any ports.
