Recently upgraded to the HomeHub 4000 and with 1.5 gbps service it’s fast. Doing speed tests at FAST.COM while 3 kids home school and streaming I’m getting 300-400 gbps on my phone 12. WIFI6 is really good for us.
My issue is I can’t connect the pods I have. The pods worked great with HH3000, but the combination of the HH4000 and pods can’t connect. The BellWIFI app can’t seem to authenticate through HH4000, it sits a spins at ‘updating WIFI connection’ (trying a couple of different iOS devises) when I try to start it. I have talked with tech support and had a tech come to my house but no resolution. Each time they said, it will probably connect in the next hour or so, just give it time. It’s been days and still nothing. Anyone out there able to connect PODS to HH4000? If so, how did you make that work. Wondering if I need to pull out an old android devise and try that? Maybe I can load the BellWIfI app on a chrome book?

Not knowing what trouble-shooting has already been done, some of these may be obvious but are things I would check/do, in no particular order:
Is the modem configuration set to Whole Home Wifi? Perhaps that didn't happen when you switched modems.
Unplug all of the pods and then plug them all back in again, one by one, starting with the pod that is closest to your modem.
Do the pods have their blue light on/flashing? That would indicate no connection to the modem. You could try relocating to a location closer to the modem just to see if that makes a difference.
On whatever phone you're using the Bell Wifi App on, switch off the cell modem so it's only using wifi. Make sure you get a good connection to your wifi (you may have to move closer to where your modem is). Then try connecting with the Bell Wifi app again. If you're able to connect, go into the menu (lower left corner - you will have to sign into your account). Under Network at the top, you'll see the name of the wifi network you're connected to. When they're connected, there will be a listing of your pods, beginning with the HomeHub. If none are showing, select 'Set up new pods' and go from there.
One of these should work or get you on the path to getting it resolved. Good luck!

Hi @FaulMatt
I don't have Pods, but my WiFi app for Android authenticates to my HH4000.I can see all the connected devices, etc.
I assume your iPhone 12 is able to connect to your HH, just like all the other devices on your LAN. Your problem is that Bell iOS WiFi app on the 12 isn't working: you're not getting a user ID and password screen(?).
Have you deleted the app, rebooted the iPhone, and reinstalled it?
Do you have an Android phone or other device available? Install the app, and If it works properly (authenticates) and the pods connect to the HH4K, that narrows down the problem.
Hope this helps.
